We do not currently have a public showroom.

However, we have a gallery of previous projects for your perusal. Additionally, viewings of previous projects can be arranged if required.

Steelie doors are designed in Australia and manufactured in China. Orders are shipped securely in wooden crates with steel reinforcements via sea freight.

Note: these items are extremely heavy. Please allow 14-18 weeks to receive your order from the time of drawing approvals.

Once your order has reached its nearest capital city seaport, our freight partner will make contact to organise a delivery date. It is essential that someone is home to receive the delivery between the specified timeframe allocated to your order. Alternatively, an authority to leave declaration can be filed. Failure to do so will result in additional delivery expenses and potential warehousing fees.

No. Our doors are fully customised to your needs.

All our doors are custom made by experienced craftsman and undergo thorough quality checks and tests. Prior to your order being shipped, you will receive photos of your product hung, to ensure all aspects of your door are as desired.

We do not currently offer an installation service.

We recommend a Registered Builder or Carpenter to install your door. Your door will come with all the necessary hardware for installation. Your installer will ensure that your jamb and door are hung as per requirements. Please note Steelie Steel Frame doors are exceptionally heavy, multiple people are required for installation.

Each Steelie door has different installation requirements and will come with varying install guides.

All our doors are carefully inspected prior to being shipped to your address.

We do however provide a limited 3-year warranty against any defects caused by us. For further information regarding our limited warranty please see our terms and conditions.
